How to delete your account
You can delete your CarbTrack account directly from within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Follow the steps below:
- Open the CarbTrack app and navigate to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings to open your profile settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the profile form, below the Save changes button.
- Tap the "Delete my account" link.
- Review the warning in the confirmation dialog, then tap "Delete My Account" to confirm.
You must be signed in to delete your account. If you are unable to sign in,
contact [email protected] and we will process your deletion request.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently removed:
- Your profile, preferences, and authentication credentials
- All meal logs, meal photos, and nutrition data
- All blood glucose readings and CGM connection records
- All insulin dose records and insulin ratio history
- All community posts, comments, and reactions
- All analytics, insights, and cached data tied to your account
This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data
is gone permanently. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts.
